Annie is a distance freestyle stroke biomechanics expert with two decades of experience correcting stroke faults in swimmers just like you.
She'll identify your individual stroke faults to improve, whether it's holding your breath, arm crossovers, sinky legs, inefficient catch mechanics, overkicking or overgliding. You'll be taught how to swim the specific drills you need to perfect your individual stroke technique. No high elbows, long glide or slow strokes here! Your unique stroke will be fine tuned to optimise how YOU swim.
You'll take home a recorded analysis, your swimming video footage and lifestime acess to our high quality swim drill library to watch again and help it all sink in!
