Improver Open Water Swimming Course

Improve Your Technique,
Speed & Endurance

  • 3 x 45min sessions

  • Improve your distance freestyle stroke 

  • Individual stroke technique corrections

  • Learn proper open water swimming technique for wetsuit and non-wetsuit swimming events

  • Master breathing to both sides

  • Tune up your sighting technique to swim straighter and faster

  • Learn how to pace your swimming to enable swimming over longer distances

  • Race tips

  • Training tips

  • You must be able to swim 100m freestyle continuously if you can't please come on a pool based course or 1:1 Swimming Lesson first and get training!

Held at Oxford Wakeboard & Ski Centre​
