Feeling in need of a fitness boost? We offer a fabulous weekly HIIT (high intensity interval training) session delivered online by zoom in the comfort of your home.

Build strong core muscles for swim, bike and run and improve your fitness and strength with the fabulous Personal Trainer Clare. Suitable for all abilities.

You will need some weights, either dumbbells or just tin cans or filled water bottles to add resistance will do!
