Wetsuit & Equipment Advice & Sales
With so much kit available, it can be tricky to know what’s essential and what’s not. We’re here to help you identify the best gear, steer clear of poor-quality options, and find the right equipment to help you swim faster and more comfortably.

A quick tip: Avoid buying a cheap, thin wetsuit! Early-season water temperatures can be brisk, so you’ll need a wetsuit that’s at least 3mm thick, along with other neoprene accessories to keep you warm.

Safety first! A toe float is essential for all open water swimming. It increases visibility in the water and provides a handy rest point if needed.

After your swim, staying warm is just as important. We recommend bringing warm, easy-to-change clothing such as a Dryrobe or similar to help you retain body heat and stay comfortable post-swim.
