Perhaps you've attended our popular Swimming Courses and are looking to keep up your new found stroke, or you're a newcomer to triathlon looking for a great friendly regular swim class. You might be just getting back into swimming after a long break or an Age Grouper looking to improve your race times. Whatever your level and experience, our friendly style and modern scientific coaching methods will make you swim more comfortably and efficiently with great technique. We help you swim much faster and learn to love not loathe swimming! We're not like other swimming clubs, we have positive vibes between all members and you'll feel welcomed from the outset. Technique Tuesdays

Tuesdays 7-8pm & 8-9pm at Kingfisher School

Tune up your freestyle technique and get back into regular swim fitness training in a fun, friendly environment. You'll get lots of individual expert feedback on your stroke technique as well as the usual social squad banter! Suitable for triathletes or and swimmers. Must be confident swimming 100m continuously.

8.30pm every Thursday at Abingdon School

 

This session is guaranteed to improve your endurance swimming and race performances.

You'll swim at your own pace while you build your cardio vascular/respiratory fitness, so you can start pushing yourself a little bit more while you swim.

 

Each swimmer is given a suitable swimming volume for your ability so no-one ever feels like they can't keep up or they're not being challenged. 

Take things at your own pace in our 'Learner Lane' while your technique, fitness and confidence develop.

I signed up for the Tuesday evening session at Abingdon School just a couple of weeks before the Bleinheim Triathlon to try and get a few tips to help with the swim. I thought I’d left it far too late but PJ was amazing and helped me with breathing and technique. I managed to knock 90 seconds off my swim and an overall 6 1/2 minutes off all three disciplines due to the energy I saved on the swim. Thanks so much.

How much does it cost?

We have two payment options to suit your lifestyle:

 

  1. £15 PAYG

  2. £50/month for one Squad session per week, works out at £10/session on 5 week months
