1:1 Swimming Coaching
We highly recommend you start your coaching journey with us with a Video Analysis & Stroke Correction Session. This is the quickest and most cost effective way to improve. You'll see your faults from a range of different angles above and below the water, have your stroke compared to elite athletes and have a much better idea of what you should be doing after the immediate stroke correction. We've helped literally hundreds of athletes improve dramatically and quickly this way - don't underestimate its power!

Perhaps you're returning to swimming as an adult or you're a beginner triathlete looking to improve your technique and ability to sustain continuous freestyle. Maybe your speed has plateaued and you want to take your training to the next level. Our friendly approach to coaching will make you swim more comfortably and faster for less effort. We will help you feel more confident exhaling to stop getting so frustrated and out of breath. You'll learn what proper technique looks like feels like so you swim more smoothly over the longer distance. We use modern scientific coaching techniques often using video for demonstrations and instant visual feedback on how your stroke is improving.
Sessions are held at Abingdon School, Milton Park Club & Oxford Park Club and are available daytime, evening and occasional weekends to suit your schedule.
