Improver Open Water Session £30
Completed our Beginner Open Water Confidence Course in the past or just feeling a bit rusty and in need of a tune up? Or perhaps you've already done a few triathlons and your training didn't translate race results?
Come and refine your skills and put your winter pool training into practice. This session will prepare you for any event you've got coming up, enhance your racing confidence and give you a boost to continue your good training.
Tuning up your sighting to swim straight (straighter line = faster time!)
Swimming close to others
Drafting for free speed
Stroke Technique Adaptations for the Open Water
Exhalation and switching breathing between sides
Pacing to swim continuously

1:1 or private group sessions can be a great way to improve your speed in a short space of time. Often your swim fitness is there but it's not translating into fast Open Water swim times. This can be for a number of reasons; poor technique, slow arm turnover, over kicking, not sighting frequently enough and bad pacing. Annie will identify what's holding you back and fix it for good. Over the years she's helped hundreds of swimmers improve their times and reach PBs. Suitable for juniors and adults.
