We help everyone! Whether you're learning to swim, wanting to improve your stroke technique, or trying to imrprove your race times, you're in the right place! We will help you conquer the next fitness goal you've set yourself for your upcoming big birthday!

 

We've helped thousands of recreational swimmers and athletes just like you conquer their fears, master breathing in swimming, refine their stroke technique and run faster or complete their first triathlon. Coaching is for anyone who is invested in enhancing their sporting skill or fitness, everyone has got to start somewhere! We're passionate about giving great expert sessions in small groups and delivering them specifically to your level. 

Where Do You Start?

We have lots to offer you! Most people come along to one of our well known swimming courses listed below first, then join one of our great open water swimming, triathlon, running or cycling courses. 

Level 1: Swim Confidence

If you’re just starting out on your swimming journey or a little nervous of the water, then we can help you to: 

  • Get relaxed in the water

  • Put your face in

  • Learn to float 

  • Overcome any fears you might have 

  • Not stroke specific

Level 2: Beginner Freestyle

For you if you’ve overcome your fears but still want to improve on your confidence and learn new skills. We'll help you to:

  • Start swimming head down horizontally 

  • Learn how to breathe and stay relaxed

  • Learn front crawl/freestyle stroke technique 

  • Improve your swimming confidence and ability

Level 3: Improver Freestyle

If you’re struggling to swim multiple lengths without stopping for air, or perhaps you’ve been on our Beginner Course and want to progress your technique and endurance, this course will help you:

  • Improve your freestyle stroke 

  • Learn what good swimming technique looks and feels like

  • Master breathing to both sides

  • Start swimming more continuously 

  • Enable you to complete a triathlon or open water swim in freestyle

Level 4: Improver+ Course

If you’ve graduated our Improver Course and want a little bit more technique tune up to compliment your own swimming then this will help you to:

  • Correct any bad habits or stroke faults

  • Start building swim endurance, efficiency and speed 

  • Work towards swimming longer distance for leisure, open water swimming or triathlons

Level 5: Squad Swimming

Perfect if you’re ready to get stuck in with a great friendly bunch of likeminded individuals to:

  • Maintain good stroke technique 

  • Build swim fitness

  • Improve threshold endurance speed

  • Swim in a fun, friendly and welcoming environment 

  • Improve leisure swimming and race performance

  • Recommended minimum continuous freestyle distance of 50-100m / graduates of Level 3 and above

  • Take as much break as you need / work as hard as you want

  • Lanes of varying abilities and speeds
