Go Tri Super Sprint Triathlons
In 2020 we return with our popular pool based triathlons near Oxford at The Park Club Milton. Enter one as a taster or the whole series and try to improve each time. Suitable for novices just getting into triathlon for the first time aged 15+. These are also great races to warm up for other races such as the Blenheim/Thame/Reading/Wantage Triathlons to practice your transitions and running off the bike!

Race Distances
You don't have to be super fit! The race distances are be very achievable for all fitness levels and abilities:
GO TRI Super Sprint £15
200m Pool Swim (20 m pool 1m depth both ends)
11k Bike (on tarmac quiet rural open roads)
3k Run (mixed terrain with pavement and trails through beautiful countryside)
Swim 10 x 20m lengths = 200m
Bike 2 x 5.5k laps (anticlockwise) = 11km



Run 1 x 3km lap road & trail

These events always fill up in advance, please book early to avoid disappointment!
Volunteers
These events cannot run without volunteers! We're extremely grateful to any family members or friends that could lend a hand for 2 hours on the day, plus they will have a prime spot to see you racing and cheer you on!! Please send your volunteers' name and email address to annie@triswimcoaching.com. Any volunteers will be offered a free place for themselves or yourself in a subsequent Go Tri race.

Bike (Any bike will do, it doesn't have to be a super duper expensive one!)
Puncture repair kit
Helmet (Essential)
Sunglasses
Cycle shoes or trainers to cycle in
Shorts to cycle in (or stay in your trisuit after the swim)
Vest/T-shirt to run in
Windproof jacket to cycle/run in just incase we have very British weather!
Running trainers (or stay in the ones you cycled in)
Visor/sun hat (wishful thinking)
Suncream (ditto)
Watch to time your own splits (the race is not chip timed, only overall cumulative time will be given)
