Ample downtime for exploring/sight seeing/R&R/re-fuelling and re-hydrating!

1:1 Swimming Technique Analysis & Correction early in the week to tune up your stroke faults, recorded for you to take home
Open water swimming technique sessions in the Atlantic (with coaches in kayaks)
Open water interval training & long distance swims
SwimRun training available too

Cycle technique coaching in beautiful scenery with qualified coaches and local guides
Plenty of endurance/speed and hill climbing training on pristine tarmac roads in stunning scenery in a warm climate
Easy rides for those relatively new to cycling too!

1:1 Running Technique Video Analysis on a running track with individual pointers for you to work on throughout the week
Endurance and speed building on flat pedestrian only tarmac and woodland trails
Group runs for varying abilities and speeds

£1000 for 7 days (10% off for Race Team Members)
Sharing a twin room or upgrade to your own room for £35/night
